What Car Charger
Car charger is written by the former case, a second housing that connects to the 1st case, and a PCB mounted between these two covers. The first case is determined by a plurality battery unit. Each battery unit is mounted with first and second spring plates separately in contact with positive and negative poles of a rechargeable battery. Each plate has a resilient contact section and a section of weld.

7. SR Rally Test: 11 LB / MIN without any loss
A loop system in the car charger, which is defined in the PCB, including a charging circuit, a power output and the input circuit and an AC-DC circuit. A power input connector and output connector to link up with the output power and the input circuit. The circuits are interconnected and linked with the parts for welding the plates of the first and second spring of each battery unit. This current car chargers can charge a rechargeable battery power source straight to a user by a power cord external links between the shipper and the electrical device that the car charger is in use.
